    Heather Winner, our assistant, in-house photographer, and social media manager, brings a keen eye for detail and a flair for capturing moments. With a vast inventory of décor and access to local suppliers, we provide customized event design services. Our team works closely with you to understand your vision and source the necessary elements to bring it to life. From lighting and floral arrangements to unique furniture and props, we ensure every detail aligns with your theme.

Wedding Day Management
$2,200

  • Up to three personalized meetings starting 60 days out to discuss your wedding needs, including one venue tour prior to your wedding (travel fees may apply).

  • Vendor recommendations as needed.

  • Confirmation of wedding details with all vendors booked.

  • Full access to my high-end planning software program.

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception.

  • Setup of wedding accessories (such as guest book, place cards, favors).

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Coordination and pinning of boutonnières and specialty florals.

  • Troubleshooting unexpected obstacles.

  • Day-of event coordination up to 12 hours.

  • Create detailed day-of timeline.

  • Main point person for your day for family, guests and vendors.

  • Facilitate rehearsal (if applicable).

  • Basic map layout of ceremony and reception with vendor directions.

  • Direction of processional.

  • One additional assistant for the entire day as needed. Additional assistants can be added on depending on your set up needs/size of wedding.

  • Emergency Kit.

Partial Event Planning
$4,000

  • Full day-of coordination (see Wedding Day Management).

  • One venue tour walkthrough and every 6-8 week personalized in person or video meetings as needed. (Travel fees may apply for out of town weddings).

  • Unlimited email and phone communication as needed.

  • Assistance with design including custom color palette and mood board.

  • Full access to my high end software program for your budget, seating chart, design, wedding website and other wedding planning needs.

  • Assist with securing any rentals or decor items needed for your wedding design.

  • Vendor recommendations and assistance with any final vendor bookings as needed.

  • Review vendor contracts and coordinate all wedding details and information and timelines of outside vendors.

  • Help facilitate overall placement of design elements.

Full Event Planning
$6,000

  • Full planning and day-of coordination.

  • As many in-person/phone meetings and two venue tours as needed for the planning process.

  • Monthly phone meetings as needed.

  • Unlimited email and phone communication as needed.

  • Create and oversee design vision board and help bring to life.

  • Assistance with venue selection.

  • Vendor recommendations and coordination of all vendors including venue, vendor meetings and contracts.

  • Seating chart design and assistance.

  • Full access to my high end software program for your budget, seating chart, design, wedding website and other wedding planning needs.

  • Assistance with any printed materials as needed.

  • Overall design assistance including design map, color palette and mood board.

  • Create and assist with a realistic budget.

  • Detailed planning timeline.

  • Detailed timeline of rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

  • Arrange and attend any meetings with vendors.

  • Review vendor contracts and coordinate all wedding details and information and timelines of outside vendors.
